Is the security deposit actually charged?
Yes — a $50 security deposit is charged at booking and fully refunded within 24 hours of return, provided the equipment is returned in good condition. If damage exceeds the deposit, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for remaining costs.
Do you charge for the pickup day?
Not if you pick up at 3pm or later. Grab your kit the evening before your adventure starts at no extra cost.
How does the weekly rate work?
If your rental is 7 days or longer, the weekly rate applies automatically — you don't need to do anything. It's calculated per day at the lower rate.
Are accessories priced per day?
Yes, all accessories are charged at a daily rate for the same number of days as your kit rental.
Do you offer a Bitcoin discount?
Yes — pay with Bitcoin or Lightning Network at checkout and receive 10% off your entire rental including accessories.
